To mark the 40th anniversary of the release of the Vatican’s Letter on the Pastoral Care of Homosexual Persons on October 30, 1986 (also known as the Halloween Letter or the Ratzinger Letter), DignityUSA will be hosting a series of four conversations about this document. It marked a pivotal moment in Queer Catholic history, and has set the tone for much of what has transpired in the past four decades.
