As DignityUSA continues to grow its mission locally nationally and now globally the Board of Directors at its Fall meeting decided to re-constitute the Fundraising Committee and expand and broaden its mission now as the Development Committee.

Its time for us to think more strategically and with a longer-term vision for ensuring we have the financial support needed to sustain our mission and purpose said Chris Pett Board member and the new chair of the Committee. He added Our mission is as relevant and important as ever. The time is now to focus our creativity and energy towards building new relationships with potential funders strengthening our relationships with our members who continue to be tremendously supportive and seeking out new formats and approaches to create a compelling vision and ask for financial support.

The Development Committee is now looking for new members and your ideas are welcome too. Let us know of your interest and ideas by contacting me at chrisp@dignityusa.org.

Meanwhile take one action of support for DignityUSA. Donate today on our web site or talk to a family member or friend about Dignitys mission and ask for their support. If you are looking for a new and different kind of wedding or birthday gift consider making a donation in honor of the occasion and let the recipient know about the good that gift will bring those seeking justice and respect in our Church.
