<p>By Marianne Duddy-Burke DignityUSA Executive Director</p> <p>DignityUSA Elections Committee Chairperson Christopher Cappiello of Dignity/San Fernando Valley reported that the following individuals were elected to two-year terms beginning October 1 2014:</p> <ul> <li>Bob Butts Dayton OH (re-elected)</li> <li>Lauren Carpenter Baltimore MD</li> <li>Brian Kelly San Diego CA</li> <li>Allen Rose Washington DC (re-elected)</li> </ul> <p>Nearly half of eligible voters (47.6%) voted in the online process. Eighty (80) paper ballots were cast. For those who would like to vote online in the future please send your current email address to info@DignityUSA.org.</p> <p>For the first time we offered an online Candidates Forum so members could hear directly from those running for the Board and even submit questions to them. The session was viewed by over 150 people.</p> <p>Thanks to all of our extraordinary candidates to all who participated in the elections process and to Chris Cappiello for a terrific job as Elections Committee Chair.&nbsp;</p>
