We are planning a community screening of "Pink Smoke Over the Vatican" tentatively scheduled for September 20 at 6:30 pm at the GLBT Cultural Center (401 Branard Room 106 Houston TX 77006). We hope this community screening fosters critical thinking and dialogue on the important issues of gender and vocations for women in the Catholic Church.

We are also developing a Speakers Bureau among our members for outreach to young adults in the community. Our members have each pledged to participate in at least one outreach activity to share their story of struggle and reconciliation as LGBT Catholics. We are in the process of scheduling meet and greets with student groups Gay Student Alliances (GSAs) and other organizations. There is power in sharing our stories and we hope to be a unified voice of welcome and affirmation for young adult gay Catholics especially those who have been hurt by their faith com- munities.

Visit our website to learn more at www.dignityhouston.org.
