Remembrance of Deenie Dudley

Deenie Dudley, one of the Foremothers of Dignity, died suddenly on August 16, 2014 following an emergency surgery for an aortic aneurysm. Deenie was 67. A few dear friends were with her as she passed peacefully. She died as she had lived, on her own terms, making her own decisions to the end.  Read more


Dignity/NoVA Celebrates 22nd Anniversary‚Äč

‚ÄčAbout 40 members and friends gathered on June 28th to celebrate Dignity Northern Virginia's 22nd Anniversary. At mass, Father Joe Hennessy, the president of Dignity/NoVA, noted that in Dignity/NoVA's service to others and in our love for one another, we are Christ for one another, and we serve because we are Catholics who believe in and try to follow Christ's path.  Read more
