We are proud to announce the launch of the new & improved DignityUSA
website. Thanks to the dedication and expertise of our web manager, Chuck
Provancher, we have a visually enhanced presence on the world wide web.
The new site is the result of months of preparation and consultation with
the officers of DignityUSA. Dignity will now have a stronger presence
on the WWW. To make our site as useful, friendly and attractive as possible,
Chuck has completely re-worked the website with improved navigational
tools and re-organized the various sections. The launch date for the new
site is October 1, 2000. Though the address is the same (www.dignityusa.org),
the look is totally new. And as always, your comments and suggestions
are encouraged.
Chapter Membership Contest
DignityUSA is proud to announce that the winner of the first chapter
membership contest is Dignity/New York. New York will receive five convention
2001 registrations.
Chapters participating in the contest were Boston, New York, Philadelphia
and Washington. Each chapter contributed $250, the equivalent cost of
a convention registration. DignityUSA also contributed one registration.
The winner was determined by the highest percentage increase from April
1st to June 30th.
Through the combined efforts of these four chapters, Dignity gained 85
new members. We are proud of all our contest participants.
