Chapter leaders are urged to begin planning their chapter's participation in this annual nationwide event as soon as possible.
  3. Couples Task Force The Couples Task Force is putting the final touches on the Guidelines for Holy Unions and hopes to distribute them by the end of May or beginning of June.
  4. Midwest Visit During her visit to Notre Dame University, DignityUSA President Marianne Duddy met with gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender student leaders at Notre Dame and with glbt student leaders and faculty advisors at St. Mary's College. The student group at Notre Dame is being harassed by a conservative student group, although a number of straight students have provided support. The glbt group has also requested information about starting a Dignity chapter. While in South Bend, Marianne also gave a talk at Notre Dame's library lecture hall.
  5. Bible Study Sold Out! All supplies of the Bible Study Leader Guides have been distributed by Dignity and the other groups participating in this interfaith effort. Plans are now in the works to have another set printed. The DignityUSA office was, however, able to obtain a few additional copies of the Bible Studies; contact the national office if you would like to purchase them.
